Welcome to Action Calisthenics
Calisthenics is a dynamic and artistic sport combining teamwork, dance, performance, confidence & grace, strength and flexibility.
Action Calisthenics is an ACT calisthenics club offering classes to children from early age to adults primarily in the Belconnen and Gungahlin areas. All classes are currently held at the Kippax Uniting Church in Holt.
Action is committed to being a unified club, promoting the sport of calisthenics, continually developing all participants and being recognised as leaders in calisthenics.
